Return & Exchange Policy

All jewelry items are thoroughly checked for quality as well as any damage before the dispatch. The return/exchange of the jewelry item is only possible in special cases, which will be determined by us.

  • Items purchased from us may be returned to us for exchange or store-credit within 7 days from the date you receive your order. We do not provide returns.
  • Exchanges and credits will only be processed for genuine cases, which will be determined by us after thorough examination. 
  • Return/Exchange policy is only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
  • The jewelry item should be returned with its original box/pouch.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

We recommend that you confirm the appropriate size/length before you place the order as for items returned for resizing, the customer may have to bear the additional labor cost + shipping fee sending & re-receiving the jewelry item.
